Summary
Sirva provides relocation management and moving services for companies and employees. The Mobility Solutions Consultant supports employees receiving lump-sum or limited-benefit relocation packages by managing cases, explaining benefits, coordinating services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and compliant mobility experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation cases for employees receiving Lump Sum and Limited Benefit mobility assistance
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support regarding mobility benefits, relocation planning, and program utilization
- Guide customers through relocation-related decisions while ensuring policy compliance and an exceptional customer experience
- Coordinate mobility services and resources with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Monitor case progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions
- Handle customer and supplier communications through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain detailed records, reporting metrics, and case notes within company systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery and achievement of operational goals
- Support team initiatives, training activities, and continuous improvement projects
