  • Serve as the primary liaison between Account Management and the Reporting/Data Analyst teams to ensure client reporting needs are technically feasible and strategically sound
  • Interpret pharmacy claims data, trend analysis, and rebate projections to provide 'the story behind the numbers' for client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Oversee the integrity of client-facing financial reports, ensuring data aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations
  • Work on behalf of the Account Management team, collaborating with internal technical teams to improve automated reporting tools and identify product gaps based on client feedback and data limitations
  • Assess financial data for indicators of client attrition risk and work with Account Managers to develop data-driven mitigation strategies
  • Act as a data mentor to Account Managers, coaching them on how to interpret financial metrics and present data-heavy slides effectively

  • The unique ability to translate 'data-speak' into executive-level insights for C-suite leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • A passion for solving difficult problems in partnership with both technical developers and account managers
  • An obsession with data accuracy and a disciplined work ethic that ensures deliverables are met with little to no direction
