Web Applications Administrator

Summary

SMX Services & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Web Applications Administrator to support web applications, SaaS platforms, and application workflows. The role focuses on platform development, analytics and reporting, release deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, and application submission workflows
• Analyze requirements, participate in technical design, prepare estimates, and recommend solutions aligned with architecture and development standards
• Coordinate release preparation, implementation, validation, and stakeholder
• Create page layouts, mockups, and user interfaces that provide clear, consistent, and user-friendly digital experiences
• Troubleshoot content, publishing, layout, and platform configuration issues with business and technical teams
• Analyze platform and content performance through KPI reports, dashboards, and
• Support reporting and data-management activities using Excel, SQL, and related
• Apply content-quality and usability practices to improve user experience and
• Support production deployments, post-release validation, and hypercare
• Troubleshoot defects, incidents, and integration issues; coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain deployment procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related
• 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, content management systems, application configuration, workflows, and user interfaces
• Working knowledge of SQL, data management, integrations, release deployment, and production
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business users, project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated
• Experience with low-code/no-code, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as FireLight, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with digital-product configuration, business rules, catalogs, APIs, web services, ETL, or file-based interfaces
