Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting tasks including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and organizing candidate materials
• Update CRM and vendor databases, including Salesforce and Mailchimp records
• Help manage internal social media content and engagement
• Assist in planning team meetings, internal events, and new business initiatives
• Support finance functions such as invoicing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
• Conduct research for business development and market trends
• Organize and maintain project documentation and internal trackers
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Use AI tools to streamline administrative workflows, reporting, and document creation
• Support procurement and vendor relationship management

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a 4-year degree from an accredited university
• Strong interest in business operations, marketing agencies, and AI-driven efficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred
