Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications that are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to define project requirements and specifications
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices and integrating data from various back-end services and databases
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive design principles
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing websites and applications
• Perform code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Ensure website security and data protection measures are implemented

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of back-end development with experience in server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js
• Experience with database management and integration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of web development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions
