Summary

STI is seeking a Geographic Information System Specialist who will assist in various GIS-related tasks. The role involves data maintenance, process improvements, and support for various GIS projects and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to data maintance processes
• Process improvements
• Quick GIS request
• Project LRS coding needs
• Litter Management
• LSRN incorporating conflation with Open Street Map
• Various ArcPy and ArcPro integrations
• Assist with python for HPMS
• Maintain and develop tools for STIP integrations
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• The candidate must currently reside in North Carolina
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Proficiency in ArcPy and Python development
• Ability to assist with data maintenance processes
• Experience with process improvements and quick GIS requests
• Knowledge of project LRS coding needs
• Experience with Litter Management and LSRN incorporating conflation with Open Street Map
• Experience with various ArcPy and ArcPro integrations
• Ability to assist with Python for HPMS
• Experience in maintaining and developing tools for STIP integrations
