Client Services Intern

Summary

Stirista helps marketers generate revenue through identity-level data and customer acquisition solutions. The Client Services Intern will support day-to-day client account operations, complete ad hoc analysis and reporting, learn client onboarding and lifecycle processes, participate in meetings and client calls, and contribute to process documentation and tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Client Services team on day-to-day client accounts, operations, and administrative tasks
• Execute ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support tasks as assigned by team members
• Learn client onboarding and lifecycle processes to understand how client relationships are managed across email, digital, and data services
• Participate in internal meetings and client calls to observe account management, relationship building, and problem-solving strategies
• Assist in mapping out key client processes and contributing to internal documentation that enhances team efficiency
• Build proficiency in core client management tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms

Skills

• Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (entering junior or senior year)
• Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts
• Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027)
• Strong curiosity, high level of initiative, and a willingness to step up and take on new challenges
• Growth-oriented, "fail-forward" mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on respect, kindness, and teamwork
• Well-rounded personality with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times
• Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL
• Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI
