Surge AI is focused on building the next generation of AI with a mission to raise AGI with human-like intelligence. As an AI Programs Analyst, you will lead initiatives that impact products and customers, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to tackle complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery, coordinating with engineering to implement necessary features
• Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs
• Effectively set timelines and manage teams to deadlines
• Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies, with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex projects
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, build cross-organizational support, cooperation and action
• Track record for being able to successfully organize, implement and manage complex programs and projects
• Used to working through trade-offs, balancing competing priorities, and having your mind changed
• Deep interest in AI systems
• Direct AI/ML experience valued but not required
