Summary
Susquehanna International Group is a leading growth equity firm focused on high growth software, internet, and business services investments. The Growth Equity Portfolio Value Creation Summer Analyst will work with portfolio companies and the investment team to accelerate growth and increase efficiency through various strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead specific value-added projects with portfolio company executives alongside members of the value creation team
- Support with brainstorming of most impactful ways to drive more meaningful equity value creation across the portfolio (e.g., AI, payments, pricing, and more)
- Analyze portfolio company performance to identify risk/opportunity areas
- Benchmark key capabilities and best practices across portfolio companies
- Formalize playbooks/repeatable and toolkits for portfolio companies
- Strengthen the SGE portfolio company community
- Collaborate with other members of PVC and the investment team to evolve function and impact

- Intellectual curiosity about learning new tools and topics
- Intention to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree within one year of the internship program
