Supply Chain Coordinator

Summary

Switch designs, builds, and operates data centers that enable the technology of the future. The Supply Chain Coordinator supports data center construction projects by coordinating logistics, documentation, vendor communication, equipment deliveries, inventory, reporting, and process improvements to keep materials moving and reduce delays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner-furnished and contractor-installed equipment
• Track domestic and international shipments and provide clear status updates
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and closeout documentation
• Support onsite delivery coordination, including quality checks and documentation review
• Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to confirm schedules and accountability
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
• Review drawing revisions to confirm equipment scope and requirements
• Prepare routine project reports and KPI updates
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Provide onsite support at assigned project locations as needed

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, construction coordination, or a related field
• Working knowledge of purchase orders, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking
• Experience coordinating vendors or suppliers
• Proficiency in Excel and standard project documentation tools
• AL, AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, or WA?
• Experience supporting construction or data center projects
• Familiarity with owner-furnished equipment coordination
• Experience tracking international shipments

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, construction coordination, or a related field
