Responsibilities

- Develop integrations using APIs and custom code
- Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities

- Provide technical support during implementation and go-live
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments
- Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies
