Job description

Summary

Synera is a company focused on transforming engineering processes through innovative AI solutions. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build workflows, collaborate with customers, and optimize multi-agent systems to deliver impactful automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build workflows and multi-agent systems in Synera that show fast value to customers
  • Identify valuable next use cases with customers
  • Regularly visit customers (up to 50%)
  • Fill missing functionality with scripts, web node automations and custom add-ins
  • Optimize prompts of agents and multi-agent systems to make them reliable
  • Communicate closely with Synera product managers to bring temporary solutions into the product

Skills

  • You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview
  • You are a US permanent resident located on the West Coast
  • You have technical background in the Computational, Automation or Mechanical Engineering field
  • You have proven experience in working with customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to showcase business value with technical solutions
  • You have experience with CAD/CAE tools (e.g. OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-DYNA etc.)
  • You have experience and/or deep interest in AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, vibe coding)
  • You can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy collaborating with clients and explaining complex topics in a clear, engaging manner
  • Customer Engagement: This role includes around 40% travel for customer visits, workshops, and on-site collaboration
  • If you already have working experience with Synera and/or C# and Python coding it's a plus 🍰
