Summary

The Data Collection Specialist will manage data collection processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, troubleshoot technical issues, and support users across the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage end-to-end data collection activities across multiple workstreams
- Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to data collection users and team members
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise in the collection process
- Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities to team leads
- Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with engineers, PMs, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to perform with high accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
