Product Manager I

Summary

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Product Manager I. This role is responsible for identifying and creating product requirements, driving collaboration across teams, and enhancing the digital experience for Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery
• Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches
• Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams
• It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements
• Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed
• The Product Manager, Digital Product Management is responsible for the continuous improvement and evolution of the digital customer experience focusing on the upper-market segments
• This individual will act as a proactive leader, driving collaboration across internal and external teams to design, develop, and execute a roadmap that supports business goals while delivering an exceptional digital experience
• The key to this role is to enhance the digital experience for our Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products, ensuring these critical solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers
• The Product Manager will also assist in the creation and management of the digital product roadmap, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a streamlined end-to-end experience that aligns with business strategy and digital best practices
• This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and operational excellence

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in the Product Space
• Experience working on complex products, writing requirements and organizing backlog
• Ability to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements
• Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed
• Experience in Digital, Secure Networking or Cybersecurity
