Job description

Summary

Telos Corporation provides cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise security solutions for security-conscious organizations. The Junior Information Assurance Engineer will monitor cyber, compliance, and risk data, triage program requests, manage compliance processes and cybersecurity awareness training, and conduct or coordinate security audits and penetration tests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the monitoring of cyber, compliance, and risk data streams
  • Triage program inquiries/requests and route to the appropriate team
  • Ensure the request process for compliance packages and resources are followed and working
  • Manage and maintain cybersecurity awareness training and compliance among employees
  • Perform security audits and perform or coordinate penetration tests to identify security vulnerabilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information assurance, or a related discipline and has at least 2 or more years of experience in an information technology role. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship
