Responsibilities
- Own a product surface end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with engineering and design to build products that are intuitive, reliable, and scalable
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve the customer experience
- Work across engineering, operations, finance, support, and go-to-market teams to solve complex customer and business problems
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and help the team make thoughtful product decisions
Skills
- 4-6 years of product management experience with a track record of owning products or product areas end-to-end
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to reason through complex workflows, edge cases, and tradeoffs
- Technical fluency that allows you to partner effectively with engineers on architecture and implementation decisions
- Experience working across functions to solve operationally complex problems
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Building products in healthcare, benefits, fintech, or another regulated industry
- Owning billing, payments, ledgers, or other money movement systems
- Improving operational workflows or internal tools that reduce manual work or increase reliability
- Defining a strategy for an early or ambiguous product area
Qualifications
