Summary

The Enterprise Data Steward will establish data stewardship processes, promote data literacy, and collaborate across departments on data governance, quality, standards, compliance, and lifecycle improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and report on data quality and integrity across all data sources and systems
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define data standards and best practices
- Conduct data quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues
- Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories within Purview
- Provide training and support to data users on data quality best practices
- Ensure compliance with data and model governance policies
- Work with IT and business teams to support efforts that drives our business forward
- Work with Business Data Stewards to design and recommend data lifecycle and process improvement opportunities
- Report on data quality metrics and performance
- Support data stewardship activities
- Promote data literacy across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of data best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data quality tools and technologies
