Facilities Data Management Analyst

Summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Facilities Data Management Analyst to support its Facilities Services Department and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The role manages and audits facilities asset data, implements preventive maintenance schedules, generates compliance and operational reports, and uploads data from external sources including BIM projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day data management of the CMMS database
• Physical asset inventory
• Implementation of preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensures accuracy of the data within the system
• Conduct periodic audits of the data within the system to ensure accuracy
• Generate reports for compliance and operational scorecards and evaluate to ensure they are correct and complete
• Format and upload data from multiple external sources including project Building Information Modeling (BIM) sources
• Supporting modification of data as directed by managers and directors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Two years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Customer service and/or public relations skills
• Experience with CMMS systems desired
• Experience with facilities operations and maintenance organizations desired

Qualifications
