Summary
The Virtus Solution is a boutique IT/Management Consulting firm looking for talented, tech-savvy and ambitious Consultants who want to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful Consultant will work closely with their project manager and team to assist in analyzing the client's business needs and IT environments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to meet business goals.

- Identify areas for improvement
- Implement innovative solutions to meet business goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology-driven solutions
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
