Job description
Summary
Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. is seeking a talented software developer to join a mission-focused Agile team supporting the U.S. Army. In this remote role, you will help build and maintain a modern application using Angular and Microsoft .NET solutions while collaborating with a team that delivers meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Full Stack development (C#, MS SQL, Angular)
- Unit testing and UI test automation
- Analysis and resolution of issues identified by QA testers and clients
- Collaboration with other developers and team members
- Functional product requirement reviews and technical solution designs
- Planning and executing small to large projects and tasks
- Analysis of trouble tickets and resolves programming issues
- Collaborate with senior developers and engineers
- Reviews customer requirement documentation and seeks clarification
- Conducts peer reviews
Skills
- BS/BA or AA and 3+ years relevant work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of related work experience
- Must be clearable for a DoD Public Trust
- Residence in the DMV is required
- While remote, there may be required office/site visits for Client engagements and must be able to attend in person
- Unable to work with 3rd party candidates or agencies
- C# on an ASP.NET Core project
- Product Development from design, to go live
- MS SQL Server
- Solid understanding of data modeling and database programming
- Experience building applications in AWS
- Experience with modern web APIs and single-page JavaScript applications is a must
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or ReactJS
- Experience with debugging tools
- Experience working with a source control system such as Git, TFS, or Subversion
- Solid understanding of and experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Experience designing and writing unit tests
