Summary
Tiny Health advances lifelong health through precision microbiome science and testing. The Account Manager will focus on the longevity market by generating and nurturing leads, building client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting sales growth for microbiome testing services.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential clients, primarily healthcare providers and clinics, to introduce Tiny Health's microbiome testing services
- Client Outreach: Proactively call high-potential referrals to schedule introductory meetings and presentations
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins
- Account Management: Conduct a specified number of client meetings monthly to nurture existing accounts and drive growth
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system
- Product Education: Clearly articulate the value and scientific basis of Tiny Health's microbiome testing to healthcare professionals
- Special Projects: Assist with additional sales initiatives and marketing projects as needed
Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, functional medicine, supplements, or laboratory testing fields
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Background knowledge in healthcare, nutrition, or functional medicine preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
