Gaming Linguist QA Tester - Hindi Speaker

Summary

TransPerfect Games provides quality assurance and testing services for video games, from independent titles to AAA releases. The Gaming Linguist QA Tester will test Hindi-language games, execute test plans, identify and document defects, analyze results, and collaborate with partner teams to improve product quality and gameplay.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and cases, suggest improvements
• Deliver needed documentation
• Learn to cover and own product areas
• Use test tools and automation
• Analyze test results with Test Engineers or Lead
• Find and report bugs including crash dumps, call stacks, and video capture
• Use knowledge of user needs and competing games to influence the client’s product
• Collaborate with partner teams in testing the product
• Utilize black box and grey box testing techniques
• Effectively communicate and report feature quality and state
• Proactively look for gaps in test coverage
• Perform basic configuration and setup tasks on PC, Game consoles or mobile phones
• Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, fun factor, and game balance

• Experience with bug tracking systems like ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, etc
• Experience shipping any software products or certificates in games testing, design, engineering, etc
