Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians / Hardware Support Engineers to support hardware repair, refurbishment, maintenance, and operational activities across repair centers and field operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, testing techniques, component replacement, and equipment refurbishment. This role involves working with various hardware systems, tools, and operational workflows to ensure equipment is repaired, maintained, and redeployed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platformsAssemble and disassemble hardware systems and componentsTroubleshoot and replace defective components, including computer parts, camera systems, PCB boards, and vehicle-related hardwareHandle and operate hardware equipment, mechanical tools, soldering tools, and safety equipmentEnsure proper maintenance and organization of repair center equipment and materialsCoordinate with logistics and operations teams to support repair workflows and material movementMaintain accurate repair and inventory documentationMonitor and maintain inventory levels for repair center supplies and operational materialsAssist with forecasting workload, inventory needs, and operational capacitySupport implementation of repair and refurbishment procedures and operational best practicesEnsure compliance with workplace safety and operational security proceduresCollaborate with technical leads and operational teams to document and improve repair processesRequired Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, repair, refurbishment, or technical support
- Experience with various testing and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working with hardware systems, electronics, or mechanical equipment preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
- Familiarity with hardware installation and warehouse operations
- Experience working with:
- Vehicle components
- Computer hardware
- Camera systems
- PCB components
- Mechanical and electrical tools
- Ability to safely operate repair tools and workshop equipment
- Experience with soldering tools and basic electronic repairs preferred
- Forklift operation skills are considered an advantage
