Summary
Turnberry Solutions is a consulting organization whose Business Agility practice supports product management, Agile delivery, coaching, and transformation initiatives. The Digital Product Manager will manage product backlogs, collaborate with clinical, technical, design, development, QA, and operational stakeholders, and support the delivery and validation of digital products in healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog, including:
+ Define user stories for new features
+ Prioritize enhancements and bug fixes
+ Drive backlog refinement and prioritization
- Work closely with clinical practice stakeholders and Nursing Informatics to:
+ Ensure seamless integration into existing clinical workflows
+ Identify and address edge cases and operational considerations
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to:
+ Determine appropriate data sources
+ Establish expected data accuracy and reliability
- Partner with internal design resources to:
+ Guide feature design
+ Facilitate stakeholder review and approval processes
- Communicate with development teams and proactively mitigate risks as needed
- Support operational teams in the development of end-user communications and training materials
- Partner with QA teams and technical SMEs to conduct quality testing and validation
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Technology, or Health Care and three plus (3+) yrs of digital product management experience (two (2) yrs with digital products) OR HS diploma/GED with Minimum of five (5) years direct digital product management
- Demonstrated detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to identify potential risks
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately with impacted stakeholders
- Previous healthcare or Health IT experience
- Experience working within Agile teams
- Experience in an inpatient care setting
- Experience with Epic EHR, particularly implementation
- Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities to improve productivity, scalability, and quality
- Previous JIRA experience
