Summary

The University of Notre Dame is a leading American research university known for its commitment to education and service. They are seeking a Web Support Developer/Designer to join their ND Web team, responsible for managing and developing the University’s websites while providing support and training to campus partners.

Responsibilities

  • Working with campus partners to plan and modify existing websites
  • Training and documentation for campus partners using our technical platforms
  • Front-side website and email development
  • Consultation on technical issues with application developers
  • Performing quality assurance reviews to ensure websites meet compliance standards
  • Managing our web support queue

Skills

  • Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Web development experience
  • Web design experience
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Well-rounded web communications professional, understanding the intersections of content strategy, quality design and development, analytics, user experience, branding, etc
  • Ability to work in the United States, now or in the future, without visa sponsorship
