AI-Native Static Ad Designer

Summary

Uplane is building AI technology for the marketing agency of the future, supporting static ad creation, video ad creation, and landing page design. The AI-native Static Ad Designer will use Uplane’s AI static ad engine to create high-performing static ads for clients’ paid social campaigns, test creative concepts, collaborate with marketing and design teams, and help improve the engine.

Responsibilities

• AI Static Ad Design: You use our powerful, self-developed AI static ad engine to create and design beautiful static ads that will be seen by millions of people. You are in charge, the AI helps you fulfill your mission
• Creative Testing: You develop new angles, hooks and visual concepts, test them in live campaigns and double down on what performs
• Team Collaboration: Work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our static ad engine will evolve and improve over time

Skills

• Years of experience in designing static ads
• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
