Associate Project Manager

UST is a mission-driven technology company that transforms lives through innovation. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to manage project plans, analyze technology tools, and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools
• Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
• Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications
• Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output
• Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing
• Will perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S

Skills

• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
• Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation
• Global Delivery model experience
• Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer
• May telecommute from any location in the U.S

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
• Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation
• Global Delivery model experience
• Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer
• May telecommute from any location in the U.S
