UST is a mission-driven technology company that transforms lives through innovation. They are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and support their enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Manage and support Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and LDAP
• Perform user account management, access control, and security administration
• Administer Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 (preferred)
• Monitor server health, system performance, and storage utilization
• Configure and manage file servers, print servers, and distributed file systems (DFS)
• Perform Windows patch management using WSUS, SCCM, or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, server, network, and application issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam, Commvault, or similar tools
• Support certificate management, IIS web servers, and PowerShell automation
• Ensure compliance with security policies and harden Windows servers
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, SOPs, and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call support and resolve production incidents within SLA
