Summary
Siemens Healthineers operates a global network of PET radiopharmacies focused on positron-emitting radiopharmaceuticals and medical imaging. The Pharmacist provides operational support for the compliant manufacture and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals, with responsibilities spanning PET production, radiation safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provides operational support in compliance with PET cGMP, radiation safety program, license commitments and corporate policies in the manufacture and distribution of quality positron emitting radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers
- May lead multiple nonexempt team members
Skills
- * Active Pharmacy License (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
- * Authorized User Certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
- * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- * Strong communication skills
- * Ability to follow detailed, complex procedures
- * Comfort working independently in a high-reliability environment
- * Basic computer skills (Windows)
- * Ability to pass color vision and corrected 20/20 vision testing
- * Ability to lift 100 lb packages (with proper technique/support)
- * This role is a permanent night-shift role and requires consistent availability during very early morning/night hours. Flexibility to work alternate early morning/night shift schedules may be needed based on operational requirements
