Summary
Decile Group is a company focused on transforming venture capital into a force for good, aiming to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025. They are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer with front-end skills to join their fully remote tech team, where the candidate will be responsible for taking projects from idea to implementation and working directly with users.

- You'll be expected to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process (everybody on the team has done well on it)
- You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time
- You must be able to own a project and work directly with people who will use your tools
- You need to have above average skills on the front end

- 3+ years of coding experience, emphasis on front-end (turbo, hotwire, stimulus, tailwind)
- Ruby on Rails or another open source stack
- JavaScript
- Tailwinds or another CSS library
- AWS or Google Cloud
