(PM-JR) Junior Project Manager

Summary

Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS) is a Veteran Owned - Service Disabled IT Implementation company dedicated to transforming the technology industry while supporting Veterans' transition to IT careers. The Junior Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal projects as required
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, actively engaging, addressing concerns, ensuring successful delivery, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional project management, business analyst expertise, and customer service throughout service engagements
• Provide oversight, leadership, and management of all administrative functions on all assigned projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Manage best practices on behalf of PMO within project scope
• Manage project documentation and customer communications
