Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium projects
- Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues, performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions, conduct coding, unit testing, and ensure timely delivery
- Support users by addressing technical questions and guiding implementation strategies
- Mentor small engineering groups, providing documentation, direction, and timelines
- Develop automation scripts for CI/CD and implement telemetry features
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and evaluate change requests
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
- 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards
- Expertise in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, project management, and user experience
- Experience managing small to large-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and automation scripting
- Skilled in analyzing requirements, performing root cause analysis, and developing sustainable technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineering teams while maintaining documentation and compliance standards
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture
