Summary
Wellthy is building care infrastructure and tech-powered solutions to help families manage caregiving and support working families. The Product Manager II will shape product vision, strategy, prioritization, and scoping while building solutions for caregiving members, internal care teams, and clients. The role leads discovery, cross-functional execution, AI-driven innovation, and product lifecycle ownership.
Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Owning and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and leadership while exercising strong judgment to prioritize what gets built and why
- Hands-On Discovery: Leading a rigorous discovery process by running user interviews, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
- Execution & Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide the development of high-impact features
- Innovation: Actively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage and deliver step-change improvements to the user experience
- Ownership & Impact: Defining success metrics, tracking product performance against key business goals, and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from launch to sunset
Skills

- 4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform, with a focus on building and shipping products
- Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities
- A strong technical aptitude, including an understanding of engineering capabilities and a curiosity for leveraging new tools to solve user problems
- Demonstrated track record of owning, building, and launching successful products and features in an agile environment
- Experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, especially with limited resources and competing priorities
- Strong writing and analytical skills to articulate a clear product vision and strategy
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to wear many hats, think on your feet, and build solutions for different customer archetypes
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints, and meet targets and demands
- Responsive and able to act with urgency
