Summary
Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an established supplier serving OEM manufacturers and equipment dealers across North America. The Product Manager will oversee a gasoline engine product portfolio, guide product strategy and growth, support customers and sales teams, collaborate with engineering, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Guide the direction and growth of an established engine product portfolio
- Collaborate with OEM customers to understand equipment requirements and recommend product solutions
- Support field sales teams during customer meetings, technical presentations, and product evaluations
- Partner with engineering resources on application questions, prototype projects, and product implementation
- Analyze competitive products and market opportunities to strengthen product positioning
- Develop technical resources, customer presentations, and educational materials for internal and external audiences
- Assist with forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and overall product performance
- Build strong relationships with distributor and dealer partners by providing technical guidance and product expertise
- Identify opportunities to expand market share through new applications and replacement opportunities
