Summary
World Vision USA is a global Christian humanitarian organization that partners with children, families, and communities to address poverty and injustice. The Corporate Engagement Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors through digital engagement, donor service, campaign execution, CRM management, retention, reactivation, and advancement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role
- Actively manage an assigned donor portfolio, consisting of corporate donors currently giving up to $1M annually, including both current and lapsed donors, with a focus on retention, reactivation, and portfolio-level revenue growth
- Contribute to approximately $15M in annual GIK and cash revenue from the donor portfolio by supporting repeat giving, reactivation, donor inquiries, and responsive handling of offers and opportunities
- Provide inbound donor management by responding to donor inquiries generated through campaigns and other digital communications; field and route GIK and cash offers, questions, and follow-up needs; coordinate internally with placement, logistics, valuation, and other teams to support donor success
- Execute light-touch engagement for warm, responsive, or high-potential donors, including selective follow-up, reactivation support, and timely donor service that strengthens ongoing connection to World Vision's mission and field needs
- Manage donor engagement primarily through digital communications, campaign sequences, CRM-informed prioritization, and responsive follow-up, complemented by personal interactions when donor interest, opportunity, or strategic need warrants direct engagement
- Oversee campaign and system execution by heavily utilizing campaign management and CRM platforms to monitor campaign performance, including open rates, responses, inquiries, offers, and conversion indicators; flag underperforming messaging and recommend improvements to engagement approaches
- Actively utilize World Vision CRM systems to accurately, consistently, and systematically plan, document, and track donor interactions, campaign responses, offers, inquiries, follow-up actions, segmentation updates, and portfolio status; maintain CRM hygiene as a core responsibility
- Work collaboratively with Corporate Engagement team members and cross-functional partners to align donor engagement, campaign execution, donor service, portfolio movement, and resource fulfillment with organizational strategy and field need
- Provide portfolio insights and triage by identifying trends in donor behavior, engagement patterns, retention risks, reactivation opportunities, and signals for donor advancement; surface insights to inform segmentation, messaging, and portfolio strategy
- Strategically escalate donors showing readiness for upgrade to other tiered portfolio engagement based on giving growth, increased engagement, partnership complexity, strategic importance, or other advancement signals; coordinate transitions in a way that supports donor continuity and organizational outcomes
- Understand and articulate World Vision's model of transformational development in order to increase donor's passion and involvement in WV’s mission through appropriate GIK, cash and other resource-generating opportunities
- Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8 years)
- In addition to education or education equivalent, requires at least 2 years of work experience in donor engagement, corporate engagement, account management, sales, digital engagement, campaign management, fundraising or related experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer
- Domestic travel up to 5-10%
