Summary
Xactly is a global leader in AI-driven Sales Performance Orchestration, helping enterprises align revenue strategy with execution through planning, incentives, and performance solutions. The Financial Analyst will support the finance team by analyzing business metrics, forecasting expenses, creating budgets and forecasts, developing measurement processes, and communicating key performance indicators to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with understanding, modeling and measuring the business
- Work cross-functionally utilizing source data to analyze key metrics, with a focus on all things finance related such as partnership with executives, expense forecasting/reporting, and budget and forecast creation
- Develop new metrics and implement the processes to ensure consistent measurement and reporting to improve our visibility into the business
- Be expert in understanding these KPIs and communicating to senior management through monthly reporting and summary presentations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with 2+ years of finance related experience
- Experience with ERP/Planning Systems (Adaptive Planning/Workday a plus)
- Customer driven, collaborative, business-oriented approach
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, innovative mindset that is comfortable venturing into unknown territory and learning new things/technologies in order to find solutions
- Fluency with advanced Excel formulas and modeling (SQL is a plus)
- Experience working with business intelligence and modeling tools
- Experience leveraging AI in support of finance modeling and analysis
- Experience within SaaS and/or Software industry is a plus
