  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Use strong presentation, storytelling, and discovery skills to make complex information relevant and actionable
  • Prioritize effectively, manage competing responsibilities, and maintain quality in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Demonstrate curiosity, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first team
  • Bring experience with security and identity concepts, such as credential management, privileged access, secrets management, Single Sign-On (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), or OAuth/OpenID Connect (OAuth/OIDC)
  • Understand developer and DevSecOps workflows, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), containers, cloud infrastructure, service accounts, and application programming interface (API) credentials. Familiarity with platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure is helpful
