Summary
360 Fire & Flood is a national disaster restoration company providing restoration solutions for commercial and industrial clients affected by fire, water, and other disasters. The Project Manager will oversee restoration and construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, adjusters, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion
- Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed
- Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution
- Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control
- Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Must travel to various job sites as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 4+ years of experience in construction management
- Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations
- Experience with CRM/project management software
- Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to outdoor job sites
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods
- IIRC certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred)
