Summary

ActioNet, Inc. is a woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services. They are seeking a Junior EOC Engineer to assist with system configuration, optimization, and user support, while collaborating with senior analysts and programmers to develop system requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in system configuration, optimization, and resource management
  • Perform capacity analysis and monitor system performance
  • Provide user support for accessing and utilizing business systems
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to identify and resolve system issues
  • Develop requirements and specifications for new systems and enhancements
  • Work closely with programming teams to ensure system specifications are accurately implemented

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience in system analysis or configuration
  • Knowledge of mainframe, mini, or client/server systems
  • Experience assisting in system optimization, capacity analysis, and user support
  • Familiarity with system analysis, workflow, and organizational planning
  • Ability to work with senior analysts and programmers to implement system specifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Certifications/Training: ITIL, Vendor Specific (Unix, Microsoft, etc.), and/or CompTIA, or similar training
