Summary
Air Products is a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases that develops solutions for industries including healthcare, life sciences, food packaging, and manufacturing. The Outside Sales Representative will sell microbulk and small bulk cryogenic industrial gases across New England by acquiring customers, managing accounts, meeting sales targets, and building business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Acquire customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets consistently
- Initiate customer accounts accurately and promptly, ensuring all required details are collected
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account setup processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
