IT Project Manager

Summary

AllStates Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects from initiation through delivery. The role manages concurrent IT projects across infrastructure, information security, business systems, operations, and data engineering and analytics while coordinating technical teams, business units, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects supporting Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Systems & Operations, and Data Engineering & Analytics
• Manage 2–4 concurrent projects, including project schedules, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and resource constraints
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules based on defined scope, priorities, and available resources
• Lead project status meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional team discussions
• Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and leadership escalations
• Identify project roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution
• Hold project teams accountable for commitments, milestones, and deliverables
• Facilitate project delivery across multiple technical teams, business units, third-party vendors, and external partners
• Apply waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management approaches based on project and business needs
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to evaluate project risks and issues accurately and objectively
• Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization to gain stakeholder trust, sponsorship, and alignment

Skills

• 3–5 years of Information Technology Project Management experience required
• Strong understanding of **waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies**
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional technology projects
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Strong project reporting skills, including status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and leadership escalations
• Sufficient technical and business knowledge to effectively partner with technical project delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organization
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities
• 5+ years of experience in an IT-related field preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Project Management Professional ( **PMP**)
• Certified Associate in Project Management ( **CAPM**)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner ( **PMI-ACP**)
• Scaled Agile Framework ( **SAFe**) certification

Qualifications

Must Haves

• 3–5 years of Information Technology Project Management experience required
