Summary
BerryDunn is a professional services firm providing assurance, tax, advisory, and consulting services. The Staff Consultant - Project Coordinator will support the Medicaid Practice Group and State Medicaid Agency projects through meeting coordination, project tracking, SharePoint administration, communications, analysis, and development of project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination support
- Perform a wide variety of analytical tasks with continuous improvement of processes, personnel, organization, system or training
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes
- Collaborate with team to develop project deliverables
- Track, monitor, and maintain project action items, decisions, risks, and issues within project logs
- Maintain awareness of project status
- Support engagement-wide communications
- Proactively participate in team and client related meetings
- Manage project SharePoint site
- Perform assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
- Uphold firm quality standards
- Establish and achieve development and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain existing clients and attain new business
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives
- Work toward obtaining appropriate professional certifications

- A BA/BS/MS Degree in Political Science, Public Health, Economics, Management Information Systems, Health Care Management, or Business

- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills for balancing multiple assignments and achieving quality results in a timely manner
- Proactive, positive, and eager attitude
- Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
