Summary
Alto Software Group is a B2B SaaS company that provides software solutions for estate agents and home builders. The Sales Development Representative will generate revenue across the Houseful portfolio by qualifying inbound enquiries, prospecting through outbound calls, supporting existing clients, and advising customers on property marketing, CRM, website, and marketing reach products.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and close inbound enquiries quickly, and convert as many of them as possible
- Prospect by phone to open up new business and sell additional products to existing clients
- Grow revenue across the Houseful range: property marketing, CRM software, website products and marketing reach products
- Run a structured contact plan across your allocated accounts, so no customer or prospect goes too long without hearing from us
- Work closely with the territory account managers and the specialist product team, so clients get joined-up advice and access to the right products and partnerships
- Own customer queries and complaints until they're resolved. That includes keeping cancellations down and recovering outstanding payments
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, so the wider team can trust what's in it
- Keep building your knowledge of our products, the market and our competitors, and share useful insight with clients and colleagues. That includes representing Alto at events and conferences when needed
