Job description

Summary

AMEND Consulting is a management consulting firm based in Cincinnati, OH focused on operations, analytics, and technology. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Intern to support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards (e.g., Project Health Pulses and AMEND Quality System preparation)
  • Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes (Extension vs Expansion)
  • Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture
  • Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site: gather, organize, and track document artifacts with revision histories
  • Perform data cleanup in project management systems (e.g., Kantata), focusing on agreed definitions
  • Audit Kantata projects to verify billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy
  • Collect, analyze and clean historical data to support BI reporting comparisons

Skills

  • Pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with AMEND team members
  • Comfort in using Excel and willingness to learn business intelligence tools (Power BI)
  • Basic familiarity or willingness to learn key operational business systems such as Kantata and Sharepoint
  • Good communication and ability to work independently with guidance
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfort in ambiguity and adaptability as tasks and direction continually evolve
  • Detail-focused and able to maintain data accuracy
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new processes and tools, and to seek constant feedback
  • Motivation and excitement to drive your continued development
