Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
• Participate in data validation and testing processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data outputs and visualizations
• Assist the team by performing tasks designed to understand the Property and Casualty marketplace while providing information/research
• Participate fully with other team members by actively asking questions, volunteering answers, and assisting teammates as appropriate
• Ideate on problem areas and come up with meaningful, value-added solutions to implement

Skills

• Junior or higher pursuing a Bachelor's degree. This position is open to students with a concentration in Data Science, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a similar program
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Candidates must be local (Cincinnati, OH) and able to travel and work in the office at least 2 days a week
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
