They are seeking highly motivated individuals for a 12-week summer internship program in Customer Service, where interns will gain practical experience and contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable solutions
• Data Extraction and Integration: Extract and integrate data from databases and data warehouses to generate insightful reports and facilitate data sharing across multiple systems
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear insights and support business decision-making
• Trend Identification: Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
• Exposure and/or prior experience with Cognos, Appian, Oracle, SQL, and Power BI

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

• Authorized to work in the United States of America
