Summary

American Modern Insurance Group is a leading specialty insurance provider, insuring residential, commercial, and recreational products. They are seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to conduct in-depth data analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business development as a Product Analyst intern in Specialty Clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis for our Collector Vehicle program to identify areas of improvement
• Query and organize data from SQL and Cognos
• Assess the impact of underwriting decisions on overall risk exposure
• Present findings and recommendations to the key stakeholders

Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Proficient in SQL and MS Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, and Teams
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Candidates must be local and will work in the office, located in Amelia, OH, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
