Systems Analyst I, II, or Systems Engineer

Summary

ANB Bank is a community bank with a commitment to excellence and investment in its communities. They are seeking a Systems Analyst or Systems Engineer to implement and maintain third-party applications and in-house processes, ensuring quality service and compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and production of applications, both third party and inhouse
• Testing both inhouse and third party applications
• Application support for in house and third party applications
• Assist with development and deployment of hardware and software
• Evaluate and gather feedback to share with manager and team
• Document new and existing processes built in house or purchased 3rd party
• Identify needs for technical materials, audience, and scope
• Research and prepare instructions, articles and other supporting documents
• Be mindful of security considerations during execution of duties
• Assist department managers with projects as required
• Responsible for reading, understanding and adhering to ALL ANB Bank Policies
• Ensuring assigned daily, weekly and/or monthly reports are completed in a timely manner
• Ensuring senior management is made aware of critical events and situations within the department
• Be accountable for your actions and the functionality of your department
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position
• Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards
• Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards
• Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills

• 2-3 years related work experience for Systems Analyst I
• 3-5 years related work experience for Systems Analyst II
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience for Systems Engineer
• Preferred college degree; or equivalent combination of work experience and education for Systems Analyst I
• Preferred college degree; or equivalent combination of work experience and education for Systems Analyst II
• Preferred college/university degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience for Systems Engineer
• Demonstrated technical knowledge with computer systems including hardware and software
• Previous work experience in the financial sector (banking) preferred
• Previous experience working with technology type projects

• Preferred college/university degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience for Systems Engineer
