Job description
Summary
Anytime Fitness is a fitness franchise network dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. The Data Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights, build reports and dashboards, monitor business KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership, revenue, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting purposes
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven analysis
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and statistical modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
