Summary
Asteris provides veterinary imaging technology through its Keystone PACS software suite, helping practices securely manage and share diagnostic images. The Client Success Representative will manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal, driving adoption, protecting retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Lead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidently
- Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoption
- Monitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churn
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
- Work closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedback
- Keep accurate account records and notes in the CRM
Skills
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeed
- Organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once
- Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical users
- Experience with a CRM or customer success platform
- Experience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technology
- Familiarity with medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software
